I'm sorry, but the GPL clearly states that distributing applications
under GPL bundled with commercial applications is not allowed.
The only thing you could do is to provide TortoiseMerge and
TortoiseIDiff separately and add some configuration script in your
application to integrate those diff apps once users download and install
them separately.

If you want to host those applications on your website (separately from
your commercial apps - it *must* be a separate download), you must also
provide a link to our website and a link to the sourcecode - that's what
the GPL asks you to do.

And currently, those diff applications don't work 'standalone' which
means users can only get them together with TortoiseSVN. This however
will change in the upcoming 1.5 release where I will provide those apps
as standalone programs too.
