I am afraid my recent changes caused this breakage.
Unfortunately, this problem does not reproduce for me -- I can enter Russian
characters just fine, and do not know a way to enter Korean ones.
Stefan, I am sure you encountered similar problems before -- how did
you debug them?

tdkim, can you compile TSVN? I can tell you what lines to comment out
to disable (probably) offending code.
