Revert changes from non-consecutive revs in log dialog.

Hi folks,

Just tried using the revert from log dialog on the doc test WC and it
fails with an off-by-one.

using newly generated doc/test/temp/doc
update
showlog
select r7
revert changes from this revision - OK
select r7 and r5
revert changes from these revisions - no such revision 8
