It's not really a bug, but a feature :)
TSVN 1.4.x does the update non-recursively when started from the
CSVNStatusListCtrl. Which means it only updates the selected item,
nothing below it.
In TSVN 1.5, it will update to the working copy depth. Maybe that's more
what you would expect.
