Revision graph hint flicker

Hi Folks,
I have a case where a *veeeeeeery* long log message causes the hint, which is displayed on a revision graphs node icon, to flicker. This log message is so long that it doesn't fit onto the screen vertically. :)
I suggest that we limit the number of lines displayed in the hint text (and columns horizontally btw.) to something like 50 rows, 80 colums to prevent this from happening or, if the size of the hint box can be determined beforehand, crop the text to fit.
Cheers
