How about an update on "mixed revision working copies":

And from http://svnbook.red-bean.com/en/1.4/svn.ref.svnversion.re.html:

        For a mixed-revision working copy, the range of revisions
        present is printed:

        $ svnversion

All the OP wants is the ability to have a functionality somewhere in the
TSVN GUI which corresponds to the svnversion command line tool. After
crawling the WC (for a commit or a CfM), TSVN should be able to tell the
user if a working copy is mixed, switched and/or modified.
