[RFC] Line numbering in TortoiseMerge single-pane view

Right now, TMerge gets line numbers form 'yours' file,
which leads to many duplicating line numbers on the lines removed from base.
Attached trivial patch numbers diff lines according to the file they come from.
However, this obviously leads to non-monotonous numbering and
possibly other (unknown to me) breakage.

What is the opinion on this? Is this change desirable?
