Well spotted.

Leave cache type at normal.
Leave fixed drives checked.
*Uncheck* "Show excluded folders as normal"

Back to full speed again :-)

BTW I think that label should be "Show excluded working copy folders
as normal". I had to look at the tooltip to remind myself what the
heck that option could be for.
