Line endings

Hi,

we seem to have a line ending issue: in the repository, there are files with
0x0D endings only, which TortoiseMerge is not able to handle, as it reports
inconsistent line endings.
SVN seems to work correctly (Blame shows single line differences correctly).
Even if we fix the line endings for the current version, the older versions
are not diffable.
Is it possible to add the handling of such line endings to TortoiseMerge?
