Renaming resources

Hi there,

with the last commit I renamed the "Authors case insensitive" check box to
"Authors case sensitive" (as it was requested). That should be updated in
all translations as well. What kind of procedure is used in the TSVN devel
team? Do you have a way of marking resource strings as changed and
necessary to be updated?
