I just noticed that in the log dialog you can now select a
non-contiguous revision range - cherry picking - and merge in one hit.
There is no way to do that from the merge dialog. Changing that would
require a bit of rework, so instead of separate to and from boxes you
might have an edit box which takes lists of revisions to merge. Of
course the best way to fill this in would be from the log dialog. Not
an easy change to implement.
