Using another hotkey for 'true' refresh is quite enough for me,
but still I think it should be somehow made more visible to avoid
users thinking that refresh is broken.
Maybe a 'Refetch' button along with 'Refresh' one.
Or perhaps it is simply a question of good documentation ;-)
