Feature request "Shift compare"

Hi devs :)

I have a "small" feature request for TortoiseSVN. If the "Shift" key is held down while selecting compare from the context menu, use "the other" diff tool configured in TortoiseSVN.

Example:
TortoiseSVN settings with two differs:
- TortoiseMerge (preferred differ)
- WinDiff
Normal context menu -> diff -> use TortoiseMerge
Shift+context menu -> diff -> use WinDiff

TortoiseSVN settings, other default differ:
- TortoiseMerge
- WinDiff (preferred differ)
Normal context menu -> diff -> use WinDiff
Shift+context menu -> diff -> use TortoiseMerge

If no second differ is installed, shift+diff uses TortoiseMerge.

I often switch differs depending on the task at hand and going through the options before diffing is a small nuisance. If it's not too much pain to implement, I'd like to see this feature :)

This could of course be applied to all places where files can be diffed, but I only request it for the explorer context menu.
