Merge dialog problems in 1.4.5

Hi folks,

When I click on the Show Log button to pick the From: revision in the
merge dialog, there are a couple of minor problems:

1. The issues column is not shown, which makes it harder to pick out
revisions related to the particular issue I am looking for. I can see
why this is not so easy, as there is no WC to get the bugtraq
properties from, but as there is already server activity needed to get
the log it would be reasonable to fetch those props too.

2. The stop-on-copy box is not checked. I thought this one was always
checked by default when accessed from within the merge dialog.

I'm using 1.4.5 in work so I haven't checked the behaviour on trunk.
