Ok, but if you remember our previous discussions, I already told you
that in order to change the authentication mechanism, you must change
the Subversion library, *not* TortoiseSVN.
That means you should build Subversion itself, not TSVN.

The build system of TSVN is set up so that the Subversion libs only get
built once, it's not really suitable to make changes to the core
libraries because every single line change in the code requires a
complete rebuild. You should use the Subversion build system itself.
