[PATCH/RFC] Easier access to autocompletion

Attached patch does two things:

1) Change autocompletion shortcut from Ctrl+Shift+Space to just Ctrl+Space
2) Allow autocompletion with only single-char prefix when invoked via shortcut
  (but still require 3 chars for 'automatic' invocation).

The goal is to bring autocompletion behavior more in line
with IDEs like Visual Studio and Delphi.
However perhaps current behavior is due to some reason unknown to me.
So I am posting patch for comments before commiting.
