That error means that the MFC libs didn't get installed properly. Since
we're using the msi merge modules from MS to install those, it's either
your OS that's a little bit faulty, or MS broke their own merge modules.

I'll commit a change to the msi soon which will prevent that dialog from
popping up at all. So even though *you* won't hit ignore again, the
installer will assume that you did :)
