SVN Export to Here not working on Vista

Select SVN folder(s)
Right Click drag to a completely empty folder & select SVN Export to Here
Expect: It moves all the selected folders and their contents except for svn folders to the new location.
Bug:
Sometimes only a few folders but no actual files are moved.
Sometimes it complains that folders / files already exist at the target location. Clicking yes on copy & replace results in .svn folders being copied.
Workaround:
Just do a regular copy drag to the new location then do a Vista search for .svn & delete them & deal with Vista's stupidities during the process.
