Assertion failure in GRETA library

Attached patch fixes assertion failure when entering '[[' (two opening
brackets) as a regexp (e.g. as a search string box of log dialog).
It should, strictly speaking, go upstream, but I failed to find a
proper forum to submit it.

Also, the link to download GRETA in the "copyright notice.txt" no
longer works, so the second attached patch replaces it with a working
one.
