I'm sorry, but we won't implement something like this. We have to stop
somewhere, otherwise next (after the option to enter the time it took to
finish the issue) a field to enter the customer name, the amount of
money you spent, how many phone calls you had to make, how many times
you took a break, ...

If you really want to have this entered in your issuetracker together
with a commit, just enter this in the log message in a defined way
(e.g., spent time: XXX) and then parse the log message in your hook
script to extract that information.
