Commit dialog + Drag'n'drop

Hi Folks,

Isn't the commit dialog supposed to accept dragged files for commit in general? Does it only accept versioned files?

Since it has bitten me often, I now ask on the list. I thought I could drop an unversioned file on the commit dialog and it will be added to the repository. This doesn't work though.

Is drag'n'drop adding of unversioned objects not supported by design or by mistake? For me it's a quite common use case and it would be a nice-to-have feature.

Cheers
- Lübbe
