[bug report] When "log dialog" is refreshed, the peg revision doesn't affect.

Hi all¡¦

 

I tested it for TSVN-1.4.99-r10451.(nightly build version)

 

Test procedure

- I executed the repo browser with a peg revision.

- I executed the log dialog in repo browser with a peg revision.
(it works correctly with the peg revision)

- I check (or uncheck) ¡°Stop on copy/rename¡± or ¡°Include merged
revisions¡±.

- Log dialog is refreshed.

- A error is occurred. The error message is ¡°File not found ¡¦¡±
