svn:externals properties for 1.4.5 and 1.4.x

http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/svn/tortoisesvn/tags/version_1.4.5/ext
http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/svn/tortoisesvn/branches/1.4.x/ext

The above URLs have svn:externals properties. The values for Subversion
are "Subversion https://svn.collab.net/repos/svn/tags/1.4.5/".

But the tag doesn't exist. I think they should be
"Subversion https://svn.collab.net/repos/svn/tags/1.4.4/"
