Issue tracker notifications to the mail list

Can Flyspray be configured to auto-send notification emails to
developers mail list on new/closed issues? If so, perhaps it would be
a good idea?

Many other projects do this, as this allows subscribers to notice
changes without having to re-visit issues database periodically.
For example, I was pleasantly surprised when I saw issue #381.
Lack of mail list answer lead me to believe that the matter was simply dropped.
