In the early days of TSVN, the urls were shown escaped there. But users
complained that this wasn't really 'readable' and that's why we changed
it. Todays browsers will automatically escape such urls if you enter (or
copy/paste) them into the url location bar and hit enter. So I don't
really see a problem here.
