Request:Revise user log in Precommit hook

After user fills log message, I hope to do some special treatment of user
log, thus to unite format for easiler search. Although messagefile is one of
the parameters transfered from TSVN to Precommit hook, revision information
will not be transfered back to TSVN after messagefile is revised by
precommit hook.

What i am wishing is that, TSVN could re-read log message information after
precommit hook return. Please give a kind consideration of it. Thanks very
much.
