Request: More lines in To URL drop-down list

The "Switch to Branch/Tag" dialog box is resizable, but the "To URL"
drop-down list only displays 3 1/2 lines no matter how big you resize.
(1.4.4, build 9706 - 32 Bit).

Please consider increasing the default size to 8 or 10 lines, and increasing
it proportionally when the dialog box is resized.

PS: Allowing the dialog box to be resized is very helpful and it remembering
the size from past uses is much appreciated. Some of the other dialog boxes
could benefit from this approach, such as the Copy (Branch/Tag) and the
Merge dialogs.
