TortoiseSVN checkout error

We have been using TortoiseSVN and svn on Solaris for a couple years.
We are currently using TortoiseSVN 1.4.4, Build 9706 - 32 Bit ,
2007/06/09 09:44:02

Checkouts have recently started failing when using TortoiseSVN.
The Solaris svn co continues to work fine.

TortoiseSVN Checkout displays the following error:

Added C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\CoreStore\wui\src\default.aspx.resx
Error In directory 'C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\CoreStore\wui\src'
Error Can't copy
'C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\CoreStore\wui\src\_svn\tmp\text-base\Corestore.cspro
j.svn-base'
to
'C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\CoreStore\wui\src\_svn\tmp\Corestore.csproj.tmp.tmp'
:
The system cannot find the file specified.

I then try TortoiseSVN Update, which displays the following error:

Error Working copy 'C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\CoreStore' locked
Error Please execute the "Cleanup" command.

I then try TortoiseSVN Clean Up, which displays the following alert box:

Subversion reported an error while doing a cleanup!

What other information do you need to debug this?
