Any chance this could be changed as I, at least, find it quite annoying. I
regularly use Shift-F10 for the menus and it is not intuitive when the
'Diff' menu option has been replaced.
If I can be allowed to draw a parallel to functionality in Windows 2000
Explorer (since changed in XP), when the user right clicks an file in
Explorer with the 'shift' key held, the 'Open With...' item is added to,
rather than replaces, the existing 'Open' item. I think TortoiseSVN should
work in the same way, with the 'Diff with URL' being added to the context
menu beneath the 'Diff' option. For examples that are a little more modern
(persists in XP though I cannot check Vista), right click an item in the
Control Panel or Printers with shift depressed: the 'Run As...' is added
beneath, rather than replaces the 'Open' option.
(Also, I believe the 'Diff with URL' item is missing the ellipsis it
deserves.)
