Possible Bug: "Compare Revisions" passes filenames in wrong order

I've observed that when using the "Compare revisions" feature in the
Repo Browser, my diff application is launched with the
items-to-be-compared specified in a different order depending on whether
the items are file revisions or folder property revisions.

When I double-click a file item from the "Changed Files" dialog, the
earlier revision is specified to my diff app first. When I double-click
a folder item, the later revision is specified first.
