TMerge shows confusing view when comparing WC with HEAD

Hi Stefan,

Using the doc/test/temp/doc test WC:
1. revert any changes and update
2. in dug_export.xml add 2 lines to the end of the file
3. show log
4. for latest revision compare with WC

TMerge shows the attached view. Left pane shows 2 instances of the
added text, one of them deleted. The right pane shows a single
instance of the added text.
