I don't know :)

But from the screenshot I'd say this is a bug in XnView. It uses
ownerdraw for the context menu entry, but seems it does something wrong
with that. As you can see from the screenshot, *all* context menu
entries are moved to the right of the XnView preview (not just the TSVN
entries).
If I had to guess, I'd say that XnView doesn't restore the icon size
anymore after modifying it to show the image preview.
