Re: unversioned files mark parent as modified even if ignored

The bug where

unversioned files mark parent folder as modified even if those files are in global ignore pattern

is supposed to have been fixed in r9734. However I just tried with build 9959 and I'm still seeing this behaviour.

E.g. I have a directory with some .pyc files in, which are in my Tsvn 'global ignore pattern', and the folder is marked with the red exclamation 'modified' overlay. On deleting the .pyc files, the folder icon changes to the green tick 'normal' overlay. Although in fact in some of my folders this doesn't occur, even after deleting the files the folder remains marked as modified. If I try to 'commit' this 'modified' folder, Tsvn simply replies 'move along, nothing to do here'.

I don't know if this has anything to do with the fact that there are some read only files in those directories, I doubt it, but I just thought it might be worth mentioning (BTW - those read only files are not actually worthy of their 'need lock' icon overlay status, they are that way for another reason entirely, but that's another story).

Regards,

Robin
