Since one of the latest changes to the graph, the preview window becomes unusable when all nodes with changes are shown (Try the TortoiseSVN repo). The graph gets so tall, that the width of the preview window becomes (almost) zero :)

I suggest to give the preview window a minium and maximum width and height and allow empty space if the aspect ratio of the graph doesn't allow the preview window to be scaled to something usable.
