I just realised from Stan's latest commit that I *should* have kept
all those <term> tags as condition="pot" rather than putting the ugly
<option> tags around them. Aaaagh. More reverting tonight.

Quite a lot of those are in tables, so they can be removed safely
using condition="pot".
