Absolutely. "Show all revisions" with all other options off should
show all nodes. If that is not the case, it is a bug.
Only exception: Delete + add-with-history from its immediate parent
is shown as a single "Rename" node.

D'accord. You surely noticed my posts in the dev list. I'm curious
what the SVN devs come up with. Then, we should also have a clearer
picture how the revision graph should be used. And whether merge
graphs are different beasts.
