RE: Revision graph rewrite

Just checked the latest nightly

Apart from one issue you got the all fixed. Especially the readable revision
numbers are a nice feature. :)

This one:

...is still broken. I can only pull rubber bands from left to right, never
from right to left. Only one of the four cases works properly.

Four cases. Start selection at:
Top-left -> selection works and displays the correct rectangle.
Bottom-left -> selection works, but displays a wrong rectangle. The bottom
left corner of the selction range is the top left of the displayed range.
Top-right -> no selection possible.
Bottom-right -> no selection possible.
