Well, the nightly build doesn't include the crashrpt.dll at all. You can
see the crash report only because you have an official TSVN installed
previously and only updated to a nightly build (that leaves the
crashrpt.dll left from the old version).
But: the old dll isn't linked with the right c-runtime version (not the
same as the nightly build), so it doesn't work right. You might have
noticed that the zip file generated by the crash report only has about
2kBytes instead of the usual 60kB or more.

It might help if you could tell us what path/url exactly you're using.

Oh, and you might want to update to the latest nightly build, because
there have been some changes to the log cache.
And please check if the crash still happens if you turn of the log cache
in the settings dialog.
