Merge dialog/Show log with folders containing spaces crashing

Hi all,

I'm using the nightly build 9976 and just sent a crash report. Since
then I found some steps to reproduce the problem:

1. open the merge dialog on a working copy
2. use the repo-browser of the "From:" field to select a folder with a
space in its name
3. click the show log button, and watch Tortoise go boom

After 2, if instead of clicking on show log, you reopen the
repo-browser, it will show the folder you selected twice: once
normally, and once with spaces replaced by "%20"s. Looks like another
URL encoding problem :-)
