log-cache not updated after editing log message

hi,

just noticed that after editing a log message in the log dialog, the
log-cache is not updated.

That is: when calling the log dialog the next time, the pre-edit
version of the log message is shown.

Clearing the log-cache in the settings dialog fixes the problem

(running TortoiseSVN-1.4.99.9834-dev-win32-svn-1.5.0dev)
