RFE: Open working copy file from log dialog

In a log dialog started from a working copy, it would be convenient to
have "Open working copy" context menu item alongside existing "Open"
and "Open with..." ones.
This menu item should attempt to open actual working copy file instead
of a temporary file.
It would save a hassle of having to open file from IDE after reviewing
some changes and deciding they need a fix.
