This is unlikely to be a fault in TSVN.
I'm doing something much the same, opening and editing the same revision
controlled source files simultaneously in two separate editors without a
problem. So multiple source files get opened in the Delphi IDE and in
multiple instances of Beyond Compare. Editing and saving in either
raises a dialog to the effect:- "files have changed reload?" when the
other editor receives focus. This combination has never caused a problem
with any version of TSVN going back over several years. I usually run
with the current nightly build to keep an eye out for introduced bugs
for the Stefan(s).
Similarly when conficts are resolved using the three pane view and the
file is open in Delphi I don't experience your symptoms.
