No, the nightly builds no longer have them. I don't see the point in
shipping them with the nightlies, since once you've got them installed
you're fine and don't need them again and again and again...

But installing a nightly removes the previous version including the
Languages folder.

What I did:
* Installed 1.4.4 - Spell check works in English - Copied Languages folder
* Installed 9715 nightly - Spell check doesn't work and Languages missing
* Restored Languages manually - Spell check works. Presumably will now
continue to work with new nightlies?
