New Repo Browser

I just tried the 1.5 nightly and just wanted to say how much I like
the new Repository Browser. Great job!

Just two suggestions:

When the repo browser initializes, it displays the message "Please
wait while the repository browser is initialized".
I an not a native English speaker, but shouldn't this be either
   "...while the repository browser is being initialized.."
or
   "... while the repository browser is initializing..."
?

The other suggestion: When selecting a folder on the left side and
then clicking on a file, the selected folder is no longer highlighted
in the tree view. How about adding the TVS_SHOWSELALWAYS and
LVS_SHOWSELALWAYS flags?
