Incorrect timing in commit progress dialog

Hi folks,
In the latest nightly the timings for the commit dialog are
impossibly/infinitely fast. 0 seconds for half a megabyte. My ISP is
certainly not that fast. Also, the 'seconds' seems to be missing. See
screenshot.
