What server version are you using? From the "takes
some seconds" comment it conclude that you are
running a log against some internet URL. Could you
provide us with that URL?

I assume that you are using the 32 bit version
with log caching being activated. Is that correct?

To get a detailed crash report, it would be nice
if you could extract the TortoisePDBs.zip (from the
same place you got the nightly installable) into
your TSVN binary folder.
