Subversion Problems

Hello,

I have been trying to put the latest copy of a working file into
Subversion. I normally delete the old folder and replace it with the new
one, but for some reason I am unable to delete the old file this time. I
am getting errors I have never seen before. Some of the errors are listed
below:

This error is displayed when I click Tortoise SVN Delete to delete the old
file.

When I click SVN Commit, I noticed that some of the files are red and the
Text Status is "obstructed".

After I click OK this error message is displayed:

When I try to do the "Cleanup" command this error message is displayed:
