Context menu items not showing up

Hi all!

I just noticed that there are more entries missing from the context menu
when right-clicking on a folder background rather than the folder
itself. List is below:

Release lock
Relocate
Add
Create patch...
Apply patch...
Properties

This is as of build 9616.
