Why is TSVNCACHE.EXE checking network drives?

Hello,

I am doing some network programs so I am running a program called
'smartsniff'. I noticed that there was something constantly
communicating between my PC and various other PC on the network that I
have drives mapped to... I then used a program called 'filemon' to see
exactly what is going on with file related stuff.. After further
investigation, I found that it is TSVNCACHE.exe check something on
these mapped drives. Actually it is checking '\\machinename\c$'

Any idea why TSVNCACHE would be checking these drives? There really
should not be any reason for checking these drives.

Thanks.

-Jeff
