looks good. Just set the svn:mime-type property for the screenshots to
'image/png' - otherwise it's not possible to view them in the browser

The icons are dual licensed. Either GPL or some custom license. You can
read it here:
http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/svn/tortoisesvn/trunk/src/Resources/license.txt

I think for your VC template, it's ok to use them.
